For the first time since we started the site, the Fayetteville Flyer has an Oscar winner for a sponsor.
That’s not totally accurate, but considering that the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes Award are kind of like the Oscars for developers, and our newest sponsor Specialized Real Estate Group took home the 2012 award for Outstanding Multifamily Project a few weeks ago, well, kinda.
Either way, they’re definitely doing some incredible things here in Fayetteville, and we’re thrilled that they’ve recently signed on to sponsor what we’re doing here at the Flyer.
Specialized Real Estate was established just a few years ago, but they’ve been making some big waves lately. The group is responsible for ECO Modern Flats, the state’s first LEED Platinum-certified apartment complex that won the above mentioned award.
They’ve also broken ground on Sterling Frisco, a 637-bedroom complex focused toward University of Arkansas students at the corner of Maple Street and West Avenue, and they’ve already begun leasing for the complex at a temporary leasing office at 653 W. Dickson Street.
They company is led by locals Jeremy Hudson, Seth Mims, and Corey Runnels, and is committed to creating best-in-class developments with excellent customer service that raise the standards for other apartment complexes in Fayetteville.
Specialized also operates a property management division called MC3 Management.
They are committed to sustainable building principles, and are focused on downtown infill development that help create walkable communities and reduce urban sprawl along with the traffic issues that come along with it.
If you’re looking for a cool place to live to near campus, or in downtown Fayetteville, check out what Specialized Real Estate Group has to offer.
