Giveaway: TheatreSquared’s Period of Adjustment, Dec. 30 at Nadine Baum Studios

If these opening night audience reactions are any indication, TheatreSquared has another hit with their version of Tennessee Williams’ “Period of Adjustment.”

The show is Williams’ only comedy, and as our reviewer Tobias Wray noted, is a holiday show “not without Christmas cheer,” but a “welcome change of pace from the usual seasonal fare” this time of year.

Wray also called the show “a must see” and a “laugh-out-loud gem.” Sounds pretty good to us.

We’ve got two pairs of tickets to give away to the closing performance of the show, which runs through Dec. 30 at Nadine Baum Studios.

How to enter

It sounds like “Period of Adjustment” is not your typical holiday show, but it is a holiday show nonetheless. In that spirit, tell us what you want for Fayetteville for Christmas, and you’re entered.

For example, do you (still) want someone to open an Indian restaurant in town? Do you want Disneyland to open an Arkansas branch in the Walton Arts Center parking lot? Do you wish all the dogs at the Fayetteville Animal Shelter would be adopted at once?

Leave a comment, tell us what you want old Santa Claus to bring Fayetteville for Christmas, and you’re entered.

What you’ll win

Two (2) winners will receive two (2) tickets to the Sunday, Dec. 30 performance of TheatreSquared’s “Period of Adjustment.”

A few rules (read ‘em carefully):

  • You may enter this specific contest once.
  • This contest is open to anyone anywhere except Fayetteville Flyer writers, TheatreSquared employees, and their immediate family members.
  • Contest is open until 12 p.m. (noon) CST on Friday, Dec. 14
    Make sure you leave a valid e-mail address when filling out the comment form since that’s how we’ll contact you if you’ve won. Once we notify the winners, you’ll have 24 hours to respond via email to claim your prize.
  • You’ll have to provide us with your first and last name (if you win) and then be prepared to show a valid photo ID when picking up your tickets.
