Walton Arts Center officials have agreed to “fast track” a $20 million expansion of the arts center’s facility on Dickson Street in Fayetteville.

The Fayetteville school district was awarded a $10,000 grant from the Southern Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education program for its Farm to School initiative, school officials announced this week.

A brand new musical based on the 2002 Dreamworks film, “Catch Me if You Can” is coming to the Walton Arts Center next month. We have two pair of tickets to give away. Head over to the contest post to enter.

Flyer Staff.. Is there a reason any of you all can think of why I have the hardest time loading your site in Cairo? I have no trouble loading any other site in the entire world wide web (including high definition porn sites. jk) except yours. I’ve talked to my internet provider over here about the problem and according to them there is no problem.. I’ve never experienced this before anywhere else in the world except here, and with your site.. It takes me about ten tries for a page to actually load, and then going back “home” only works about one in ten as well.. I’m interested enough on the happenings in Fayetteville and therefore don’t mind spending 30 minutes trying to read a couple stories.. It’s just really annoying.. Do you all have cookies, or know of anything that might fix this problem?

A traceroute won’t fix anything, but it may tell you where the problem is:

Hmm, I can’t think of anything that would slow the Flyer down for visitors from Cairo. We load scripts from Google.com, Twitter.com, Facebook.com, Quantcast.com, Clicky.com and most recently, ShareThis.com. Are any of those sites slow for you?

Honestly no, every aforementioned site runs well, even on different computers. Couldn’t figure it out, was hoping there was a rational explanation to this madness.
