Fayetteville artist Jessie Ward will exhibit new work at Nightbird Books on Thursday, Jan. 3.
Ward, who works primarily in oils and watercolors, is originally from East Texas, but has spent the last eight years working in Arkansas.
As an artist, Ward says, her work is generally “preoccupied with negative space and color.”
The show Thursday night is free to attend, and open to the public. It’s set to begin at 6 p.m.
