A crew with the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Department planted sycamore trees last week along a newly built section of sidewalk on College Avenue between Center and Mountain streets.

Several locals and advocate groups are seeking support for the creation of the Mount Kessler Reserve which would reserve 387 acres in southwest Fayetteville for recreation and education use.

This month’s Flyer recipe is for a batch of mouth-watering, or, as Laura calls them, “Life-Changing Cinnamon Rolls” made from scratch with flour, milk, yeast and all that other time-consuming stuff.
