The team behind Eco Modern Flats and Sterling Frisco are set to begin construction on a five-story, 175-unit building on the south side of Center Street between Duncan and Harmon avenues.

Fayetteville’s newest City Council members toured several of the city’s downtown facilities on Tuesday as part of the New Aldermen Orientation program.

The four-time Tony Award-winning Memphis musical will be at the Walton Arts Center for a string of performances from Feb. 5-10, and we’ve got two pairs of tickets to give away to the show.

Marshawn Powell led the Arkansas basketball team with 17 points last night as the Razorbacks beat Mississippi State 96-70 at Bud Walton Arena. The Hogs now enter into a tough five-game stretch with road games at South Carolina and Alabama before heading home to play Tennessee and Florida.
