The University Programs Concerts Committee is seeking band submissions for the upcoming Battle of the Bands contest on the University of Arkansas campus.

The contest is set for Friday, March 8 during the Friday Night Live event in the UA Student Theatre.

Bands must submit an application and demo CD with a sample of songs to be considered. All genres will be accepted. At least one member of each band must be a University of Arkansas student.

Applications are available in the Office of Student Activities (sixth floor, above the student computer lab in the Union) and must be returned by 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15.

Admission to the event is free for current UA Fayetteville students. Members of the public are welcome, contingent upon seating availability.
