Snow day in Fayetteville!

All Fayetteville Public Schools are open today, Thursday, Feb. 21, district officials announced this morning. Classes and offices at the University of Arkansas will begin at 10 a.m.

Los Bobos Taqueria is now open on Dickson Street between 21st Amendment and Rogue. “The menu is simple, and to the point,” said owner Zac Wooden.

The Thunder on the Mountain Throwdown is set for March 2 at George’s. Five local bands will battle for a chance to play a Thunder on the Mountain stage in June on Mulberry Mountain.

We’re giving away tickets to see TheatreSquared’s ‘Sons of the Prophet’ on March 3 at Nadine Baum Studios.

The latest Flyer book review is “The Next Time You See Me” by Holly Goddard Jones. “This is a novel that you will read quickly, think about often, lend to friends, and want to read again,” said Roger Barrett.
