The Arkansas men’s basketball team will face Vanderbilt in the second round of the 2013 Southeastern Conference Tournament at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 14 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Razorbacks enter the tournament as the No. 7 seed.

Arkansas finished the season on Saturday with a 73-62 win over Texas A&M at Bud Walton Arena. The Razorbacks (19-12, 10-8 SEC) were undefeated in conference play at home for the first time since the 1997-98 season.

Vanderbilt (14-16, 8-10 SEC) is the No. 10 seed in the tournament. The winner of Thursday’s game will face Kentucky at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Arkansas beat Vanderbilt 56-33 at home this year in January before losing to the Commodores 67-49 on the road in February.

Arkansas has never lost to Vanderbilt in the SEC Tournament, winning all three games played in 1995, 2007 and 2008. The 81-75 win in 2008 was the Razorbacks’ last win in the tournament.
