REW Investments, Inc., Woolsey Aviation, Inc. and Go Fayetteville, LLC (collectively Million Air Fayetteville) (PDF): An ordinance waiving the requirements of formal competitive bidding and approving a contract in the amount of $57,500, plus applicable per gallon fuel costs, with REW Investments, Inc., Woolsey Aviation, Inc. and Go Fayetteville, LLC (collectively Million Air Fayetteville) for the purchase of equipment and supplies necessary to effectuate the City’s takeover of airport fixed-base operations. – Pass 8-0
2. State Drug Crime Enforcement and Prosecution Fund Grant (PDF): A resolution authorizing acceptance of a State Drug Crime Enforcement and Prosecution Fund Grant for the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force in the amount of $60,000 and approving a budget adjustment. – Pass 8-0
