You know that old saying that goes, “Jokes are always funnier in a sheet fort.” It’s a really old saying. I think it’s from the 80s.
Anyway, we’re not sure if there’s any truth behind it, but I suppose you could find out on Sunday, March 17 when comics Jocelyn Morelli and Sam Letchworth perform stand up sets inside the Sheet Fort Theatre.
Both local comics, who have become fixtures at the recent comedy nights at UARK Bowl, will perform a St. Patrick’s Day themed show, featuring potentially hilarious jokes, songs, and hopefully, laughter.
For those who aren’t familiar, The Sheet Fort Theatre is a temporary venue located at 612 W. Center St Look for the red door.
Tickets are $5 at the door, and a cash bar with beer and wine will also be available. The show starts at around 8 p.m.

Sheet fort rules. You know you built these when you were a kid. Seeing comedy in an adult-size sheet fort is all-some.
I’m so glad Sheet Fort is still going. I’ve enjoyed each one I’ve been to– it’s not just the ACTUAL sheet fort you sit inside (that’s impressive in itself) but the weird stuff they put together inside it.
I’ve seen Morelli at the UARK bowl. Her stuff is usually pretty funny.
