The Fayetteville Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a man and a woman suspected of stealing two vehicles from a local dealership last week.

According to a news release, the suspects are Steven Moden, 25, of Springdale, and Montee Crumpler-Nickels, 33, of Rogers.

Police say the two test drove a 2013 black Toyota Tundra and a 2013 black Toyota Highlander at Fayetteville Auto Park on May 29, but never returned.

The suspects were allowed to test drive the vehicles alone after they told the sales staff they’d recently received money from a home sale, the news release stated.

Both vehicles were recovered today (June 5) in Madison County, but neither suspect has been located.

Anyone with information on Moden’s or Crumpler-Nickels’ locations is urged to call the Fayetteville Police Department at 479-587-3555.
