Marion Orton Recycling Drop-off Center

Work continues this week on the new recycling drop-off center being built on North Street in Fayetteville. The center will be similar to the city’s only other recycling drop-off facility on Happy Hollow Road, and will include containers for recycling glass, aluminum, plastic and paper products.

There’s a City Council meeting at 6 p.m. tonight. Items on the agenda include overnight and weekend operation of a UA parking lot off West Avenue, regulations on door-to-door solicitation and more. Here’s the full list.
