A public meeting is set for tonight to review and discuss plans to restore two historic bridges in downtown Fayetteville.

Other public meetings this week include City Council, Fayetteville School Board and more.

Arkansas kicker Zach Hocker made the roster in the East-West Shrine Game on Jan. 18 in St. Petersburg, Fla.

The UA football team received an oral commitment from junior college receiver Cody Hollister, 6-4, 205, 4.5 seconds in the 40-yard dash.

Arkansas baseball Coach Dave Van Horn announced the team’s captains for 2014, which include senior catcher Jake Wise, junior pitcher Jalen Beeks, and sophomore outfielder Tyler Spoon.
