Stadium Journey, a publication dedicated to the best live sporting event experiences around the world, this week released its third annual top 100 venues in the United States and Canada, including a top-10 list for every league.

The University of Arkansas’ Baum Stadium, located on Razorback Road in south Fayetteville, was ranked as the 37th-best stadium experience overall and No. 3 among collegiate baseball venues.

“Baum Stadium is by far one of the best college ballparks in the country,” the magazine stated. “Like very few venues out there, it really does not have a single weak point in any facet. If you ever find yourself in Fayetteville during baseball season, you absolutely must make it out to a game at Baum Stadium. If you pass up the chance, you really can’t call yourself a true baseball fan. The experience is that good.”

The writers at Stadium Journey reviewed over 1,700 stadiums last year before coming up with the final list, which includes venues like: Daytona International Speedway, Fenway Park, Staples Center, and Wrigley Field.

Other SEC venues to make the top 100 include: Rupp Arena, home of the Kentucky basketball team; Bryant-Denny Stadium, home of the Alabama football team; Dudy Noble Field, home of the Mississippi State baseball team; Carolina Stadium, home of the South Carolina baseball team; Kyle Field, home of the Texas A&M football team; and Alex Box Stadium, home of the LSU baseball team.
