2014 Yonder Mountain String Band’s Harvest Music Festival set for Oct. 16-18

There’s a lot of time (and a few other festivals) between now and October, but it’s never too early to get one of the region’s best music festivals on your radar.

The Yonder Mountain String Band’s Harvest Music Festival will return to Mulberry Mountain Oct. 16-18 this year.

The festival won’t officially announce any artists for the event until the spring, but according to Pollstar (who has a pretty good track record for this kind of thing), Dumpstaphunk and Mountain Sprout will be on the bill.

According to their website, Virginia-band and Fayetteville Roots Festival veterans The Steel Wheels will also be on the lineup once it’s announced.

Ticket packages are also expected to go on sale in the spring.

For now, mark your calendars, and get ready for another party on Mulberry Mountain.
