Outdoor music, bed races making their way up sun-drenched Dickson Street on a warm April day, while local artists and crafters sell their wares along the street.

With this week’s winter weather, Springfest seems like a world away, but it’s not. In fact, it is just around the corner.

Organizers of the festival last week announced the music lineup for the event, coming up on Saturday, April 19 on Dickson Street.

Fayetteville songwriter (and Song of Arkansas competition winner) Barrett Baber will headline the Bruce Walker Memorial stage this year, with local folk-bluegrass bands Arkansauce and Foley’s Van, rockers Dead Indian, and others also set to perform.

On the Jose’s stage, local hard rock band 90LB Wrench will headline, with local modern rock bands Eye for a Lie and Black Leaf Clover, and more.

In all, 17 local bands will perform on two stages at the event. Specific times will be released at a later date, but the full festival lineup is below.

Do your best anti-rain dance, and mark your calendar for April 19.
