Traffic passes by the Mountain Inn property at College Avenue and Mountain Street in downtown Fayetteville.

The Mountain Inn property is finally for sale in downtown Fayetteville. The partially demolished structure and adjacent parking lot is listed for $1.275 million.

A new microbrewery is planned on North Street, and three new craft beer companies are getting local distribution soon in Fayetteville. Read about it here.
