The Artist’s Laboratory Theatre company will hold a fundraiser this weekend to help put on a new show in Fayetteville.
The event begins at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 17 inside Fayetteville Underground on the downtown square, and will include performances by the Artist’s Laboratory Theatre, live music by Basement Brew, snacks from Little Bread Co., drinks, and more.
Admission is $15 in advance, $20 at the door, and all of the proceeds will help to cover costs of a new production called the New Now, an original performance series that investigates the impact of social media and technology on personal presence and interpersonal relationships.
The theatre company plans to debut the new show May 29 at Tri Cycle Farms in Fayetteville.
