Live music by local band Cletus Got Shot, food, beverages, and more are planned for the event, set for 5:30 p.m. on Tyson Plaza in front of the WAC. Attendees can also take home a little piece of Patrick Dougherty’s Out of the Woodwork installation in the form of free mulch at the event.

The event coincides with the opening reception and gallery talk for a new art exhibit called Synesthesia, created by Artosphere Partner Grant recipient, Jill McKeever.

The celebration will also include a creative conversation with Trey McIntyre Project, and a presentation on all of the events planned for Artosphere over the next month or so at venue’s across the region.

The event is free to attend, and open to the public.
