City hosts 2014 parks and recreation priorities input session

The city’s Parks and Recreation Department will host an input session at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 26 in City Hall room 326, 113 W. Mountain Street.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will help identify potential outdoor park and recreation needs and priorities for 2015. Following the process, officials will forward the ideas to the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism along with a matching grant application.

Ethnic minorities, persons with special needs, persons over 55, and special interest groups are encouraged to attend and participate.
