Coming here: STS9, Nov. 5 at Fayetteville Town Center

Electronica/funk band STS9 are going on tour for the first time in almost a year, and it looks like they’ll be making a stop in Fayetteville this fall.

According to a tour schedule released this week, the band will be in town for a show at the Fayetteville Town Center on Wednesday, Nov. 5.

STS9 formed in Atlanta in the early 2000s, and have come to be known for their unique combination of live instrumentation and electronic sounds, group rhythms, and high-energy live shows.

The band has been a regular in the area over the years, especially on Mulberry Mountain as a frequent headliner of the annual Wakarusa Festival. The band was last in Fayetteville for a show at the AMP in 2010 with Ghostland Observatory.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2 at sts9store.com.
