The Fayetteville Planning Commission meeting originally planned for Monday, Sept. 22 has been rescheduled, according to a news release.
Monday’s meeting was cancelled due to a lack of quorum.
Tracy Hoskins, chairman, has called a special make-up meeting for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24 in Room 219 of City Hall.
The meeting agenda contains several items, including a large-scale development with 240 apartment units at the corner of Center Street in Hill Avenue (see full PDF).
Also included on the agenda is a conditional use permit to allow a neighborhood farmers’ market at Trinity United Methodist Church at Garland Avenue and Sycamore Street (see full PDF).
