This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to the winners, Bertha G. and Eric Kearney.

There are only a handful of chances left to take a few hours off for a trip around the world.

Not literally, but TheatreSquared’s whirlwind new production of the Jules Verne classic Around the World in 80 Days is probably just as much fun.

The new show, which features five actors in 39 roles, is now playing at Nadine Baum Studios with performances on Thursday-Sunday through Dec. 21.

The play tells the story of Phileas Fogg who makes a wager that he can circumnavigate the globe in just 80 days. Fogg sets out with his servant Passepartout—but his every step is dogged by a detective who thinks Fogg is a bank robber on the run.

“It’s the original amazing race,” said TheatreSquared Executive Director Martin Miller. “The artistic team is exceptional — with credits from Spamalot to The 39 Steps on Broadway. But the most remarkable company member may be the scenery, which is called upon to transform into a sailboat, three trains, a dozen exotic locales, and an elephant.”

We happen to have a couple pairs of tickets to the 7 p.m. closing night performance, and you could win them. Try your best.
