It’s going to be another awesome Fayetteville weekend.

There’s a huge wine festival at the Walton Arts Center going on all weekend. It’s called Art of Wine, and if you’re at all into delicious foods and good wine, you should go. Here’s ticket info.

How about a blues show for happy hour? George’s has a big one with guitar hero Samantha Fish.

There’s a new theatrical show on Mount Sequoyah as well. Artist Laboratory Theatre’s Ctrl+Alt+Del, a new show about the connected lives we lead these days, will run through the weekend. We’ve heard good things. Friday night’s show starts at 8 p.m. at Mount Sequoyah Conference and Retreat Center.

Also in music, Ryleigh’s has a cool-sounding bluegrass show with Sad Daddy and Big Steel River, and Shawn James is back in town for a show at Smoke & Barrel with locals Buffalo Hustle. There’s a $7 cover on the S&B show.

If you’re a fan on Candy Lee’s solo tunes, you can check her out during brunch at Table on the Hill on Sunday.

Later on, there’s a free show at the Fayetteville Public Library with Block Street Hot Club at around 2 p.m.

Sunday night, Maxine’s Tap Room will host their popular Singled Out series with local all-sister band, Witchsister. They’ll single out each member for interviews and performances. It’s a pretty sweet concept.
