UPDATE: The segment did indeed air July 29. Watch it below.

A segment filmed in Eureka Springs for Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” will likely air tonight.

Local artist Zeek Taylor, who was interviewed for the segment, said he received an email from the show’s director stating the segment would air on Wednesday, July 29. He noted it’s possible the schedule could change before the 10 p.m. show.

The show sent a camera crew along with correspondent Jordan Klepper to Eureka Springs on June 24 to interview residents about the city’s new civil rights ordinance, according to the Arkansas Times. The law, which provides anti-discrimination protections for LGBT residents, was passed by the Eureka Springs City Council in February and later upheld at the polls by a more than 2-to-1 margin.

Taylor said he wasn’t included in the final edit of the segment, but interviews with Eureka Springs City Council member Joyce Zeller and Randall Christy, CEO of the Great Passion Play.
