If you ask us, Fayetteville (and every town, really) needs more outdoor movie nights.
As it happens, there’s one coming up this weekend.
Local art therapy organization The Art Experience will host a “bike-in” outdoor movie night and fundraiser on Saturday, Aug. 1 at their location at 641 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
The event kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with a showing of the Stephen Spielberg classic, E.T. Admission is a suggested donation of $3 per person and $10 per family.
As the name suggests, organizers are hoping those planning to attend will show up on their bikes.
Pizza and beverages will also be available for an additional donation. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Art Experience, an organization that promotes healing and growth through expressive arts and play in the state of Arkansas.
