Flyer Homes has partnered with Simply Home Lending, WACO Title, and New Buildings to create a new Friday afternoon tradition on game weekends in Fayetteville, the Game Day Weekend Warm-up Open House.
For the rest of the season, Flyer Homes will kick off home game weekends with a tailgate-style party from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each Friday at 537 N. Keats Drive, the model home for a community of brand-spanking new, never-been-lived-in, move-in ready, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath San Francisco-style row homes in west Fayetteville.
There will be burgers cooked to order on the Simply Home Lending grill, with sides, snacks, and drinks for everyone who attends.
They’ll draw for a Visa gift card following each event provided by WACO Title.
Information about the home and the building process, as well as valuable lender information regarding financing, will also be available.
The events are free to attend, and open to the public.
