The music festival that debuted at the University of Arkansas last year will return in 2016.

The University of Arkansas’ Headliners Concert Committee last month announced that the second annual Springtime of Youth music festival is set for Saturday, April 30.

The event debuted last year, and was introduced as an alternative to of the once-per-semester concerts held in the past at Barnhill Arena. The inaugural festival was a two day event in 2015, held April 17-18 in the parking lot outside Baum Stadium. This year, it appears, the festival will take place on a single day.

The Headliner Concerts Committee has been surveying students seeking input on what artists they’d like to see for months now.

The lineup for this year’s event has yet to be announced. Last year’s lineup, which included Wiz Khalifa, Mutemath, MisterWives, and others, was released about three weeks before the event.
