University of Arkansas officials this week announced new prices for some season tickets beginning in 2016.

Many of the lower-deck season tickets at Razorback Stadium will increase by $60 per seat to $360, while a majority of upper-deck tickets will decrease by $50 per seat to $250. With six games on the 2016 schedule, the price change for both sections is $10 per game.

The news comes less than a week after the school’s Board of Trustees voted to begin preliminary work on a $160 million expansion to the stadium. It’s the first price increase for tickets in Fayetteville since 2010.

Tickets in some other sections will also see increases in Fayetteville in 2016, while prices in Little Rock will decrease by $10-$20 for games played at War Memorial Stadium.

UA athletics director Jeff Long detailed all the changes in a letter to fans on Tuesday. Long did not say whether prices would change for single-game tickets next season.
