There is plenty more to say about a house like this. Like the recent kitchen overhaul or the large lot, the huge master suite or the multiple fireplaces. But being up on the mountain while still close to everything that makes Fayetteville awesome, that is the real headline here.

We also could have focused on the kitchen, which was completely redone in 2014. New granite counters, refinished cabinets, new stove and dishwasher and carpet replaced with bamboo flooring. And the best improvement of all was opening up the kitchen to the dining area, completely changing the look of that part of the house.

Downstairs would be your game day hangout, complete with a bar area and tons of room for seating and a big screen TV to watch the Hogs play. Or it would make a great playroom or game room to send the kids down when you are sick of their yapping … like, literally, right?
