This is a beer I will work into my regular rotation. It’s available in bottles in Northwest Arkansas, but I recently spoke to a representative from the brewery and it should be available on tap in late July 2012.

This ale has been brewed in the heart of Bruges Belgium by the same family since 1856 using the original recipe that includes bottle conditioning. That means the carbonation is created by adding yeast at bottling for additional fermentation.
Tallgrass Brewing makes several good beers and this is one of their best. It’s light on the tongue with great flavor and a crisp finish with just the right amount of bite to be super refreshing and keep you coming back for more.
