Trout Fishing in America, Noah Richmond’s Little Monster, more to play new Fayetteville Strawberry Festival

More details were released about a brand new festival making its debut in Fayetteville next month.

Downtown Fayetteville Coalition’s new Fayetteville Strawberry Festival is coming to the Fayetteville Square area on Sunday, May 19.

Officials today announced the new event will include two stages of live music featuring a host of local performers including Trout Fishing in America, Noah Richmond’s Little Monster, Gone Country, Newco, 360 All Stars Circus, Dandelion Heart, Abbey Pierce Band, and Jumpsuit Jamey.

In addition to the music, the new event will include a pie competition, dog parade, food demos, beer sampling, a local artist faire, street dance, and more.

The event, organized by the new Downtown Fayetteville Coalition that organized last year’s Falltoberfest event on Dickson Street, will take place from noon until 6 p.m.

It is a family friendly event, organizers said, and will be free to attend and open to the public.
