First Thursday Fayetteville

First Thursday Fayetteville is a monthly event in which art galleries on and around the Square host art openings and receptions that are free and open to the public.

In the warmer months, part of the Square is blocked off and movies are shown on a large, inflatable screen in front of the Fayetteville Town Center.

Live music, sidewalk sales, improv comedy and other activities are also a regular part of First Thursday Fayetteville.
