Washington County Fair
The Washington County Fair is an annual event that includes exhibits, pageants, craft fairs, livestock shows/auctions and of course, carnival rides and games.
The festival usually takes place shortly after the beginning of the school year and lasts roughly a week. Carnival rides are usually Tuesday through Saturday. Friday nights, the Midway reopens from midnight to 3am for Midnight Madness.
As of 2009, admission price is $5 per person but does not include carnival rides. Armbands can be purchase for unlimited rides and typically, a $5 discount is given when bringing a Pepsi can.
