The bank will relocate its Arkansas Student Union branch into the retail space on Garland Avenue.
Lewis & Clark would be the eighth business to open in the mixed-use parking and retail facility located at 616 N. Garland Ave.
According to a Facebook wall post from the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, a TCBY is planned at the Garland Center on the University of Arkansas campus.
A Subway sandwich shop is set to open this summer in the retail space at Garland Center, located at 640 North Garland Avenue, Suite 352.
The smallest Walmart store in the world opened this morning on the UA campus in Fayetteville, just in time for the university’s spring semester which starts Tuesday.
Signs for the upcoming Walmart campus pharmacy appeared in the windows of the Garland Center this week.
In January, Walmart will open a retail pharmacy that will serve both UA students and anyone else in the area.
The pay-by-the-weight yogurt shop is set for a late August opening said general manager Logan Prewett.
The new mixed-use parking and retail facility is almost ready for some new tenants.
