If you missed Sunday night’s special 3 Penny Acre concert featuring songs from TheatreSquared’s Sundown Town, don’t beat yourself up too much. A portion of the show is available on YouTube.
A matinee performance of Sundown Town at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 has been added, and as of this morning there were about 40 tickets left.
What works about this play works admirably. This is the show I truly hope everyone in town sees this season. It’s certainly worth braving the winter weather to see.

The new play, written by local playwright Kevin Cohea, has had theatre fans in town buzzing for a variety of reasons lately, and audiences can get a sneak peak at what all the fuss is about on Tuesday, Jan. 18 at the Fayetteville Public Library.
