To-do tonight: Tuesday 3/31

  • By Todd Gill · Tuesday, Mar 31, 2009

The only thing worse than missing the I540 exit for the airport and having to drive all the way to Pleasant Grove Road to turn around is missing the exit AGAIN ON THE WAY BACK and having to drive all the way to Wagon Wheel Road to turn around a second time.

Now you know how I spent my morning.

Tonight’s big event in town is Fayetteville Forward which begins at 6pm in the Town Center. We’ve already touched on that this morning so if you need more info, click on this here link.

The Union University Theatre has a show tonight at 7pm with geek culture songwriter Jonathan Coulton. For a taste (and a cover of Baby Got Back), check out his MySpace page. The show is free and open to the public, we believe.

Speaking of the UA Campus, the Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall has a voice recital tonight at 7pm featuring Katelyn Roberts. This is also free and open to the public.

If you hadn’t heard already, Smiling Jack’s Fresh Foods is doing music nights now and you can hear Shannon Wurst, of 3 Penny Acre tonight.

Would you rather rock? OK. The Gypsy on College has Chain Of Reason, Fade 2 Fall and After The Scars.

Finally, George’s has Roger Creager & Cory Morrow.

Anything else happening tonight?
