To-do: Tuesday 5/5

It’s Cinco de Mayo and in Spanish class, I learned that means 5th of May. So today, you can write 5/5 on your homework. I’m pretty sure this is the only time of the year you can put two identical numbers together like that for the date, except for January 1st (1/1) and March 3rd (3/3).

Tonight’s big event is the Cinco de Mayo Cantina Crawl which is hosted by a bunch of downtown businesses. If I were to write all about it here, it would be the third time we’ve done that in three days. (Proof below)

1st time: Cinco de Mayo Cantina Crawl (page)
2nd time: Downtown businesses host Cinco de Mayo pub crawl tomorrow (story)

We’ll be there. Will you?

Here’s some other stuff happening tonight.

Dickson Street: Cinco de Mayo Cantina Crawl
Fayetteville Farmers’ Market: On the Square (7am-1pm)
George’s: ELECTRO LOUNGE – No Cover
Jose’s: Earl & Them
Smiling Jack’s Fresh Foods: Josh & Friends
Wet Pig BBQ: Acoustic Jam
