For the first time ever, Walton Arts Center employees are officially rolling up their sleeves for Bikes, Blues and BBQ and will be hosting two beer gardens with drinks and entertainment during the rally beginning Wednesday.
Employees will staff the beer gardens from Wednesday, Sept. 23 through Saturday, Sept. 26. Hours will be Wednesday & Thursday, 3pm-12am and Friday & Saturday, 12pm-12am.

Beth Goodwin, the center’s Community Relations Coordinator, said the combination of new leadership and the continued growth of Bikes, Blues & BBQ played a large part in the decision to get involved this year.
“We believe Bikes, Blues & BBQ is important for both the city and the region and we wanted to show our support for our community partners,” said Goodwin. “Plus, it’s a fun way to get our employees involved.”
Both the Backstage Beer Garden (entrance near Grub’s) and Main Beer Garden (lobby, Rose Garden and Tyson Plaza) will have drink tickets on sale for standard and premium beer as well as mixed drinks and snacks. ID bracelets will be required to enter either garden. A small cover charge will be taken at the Main Beer Garden, providing access to restrooms, lounging areas and live music.
Entertainment will include Pope County Bootleggers, Meagan White, Mo Brothers, Nathan Aronwitz and Justin Hamby. See the full schedule below.
