Wakarusa 2010 reserved campsites on sale now

When news that the Wakarusa Music & Camping Festival was moving to Northwest Arkansas started spreading last year, local festival fans rejoiced.

Fortunately for us, the Wakarusa folks were pleased enough with their new location on Mulberry Mountain that they’re setting up camp there again. According to wakarusa.com, the official dates will be June 3-6, 2010 and as of noon today, reserved campsite tickets are on sale for $595. Each ticket comes with two (2) full event passes for the entire festival.

For anyone who wasn’t there last year, these “VIP” sites are the cream of the crop on Mulberry Mountain. The entire reserved campground area is shaded and includes permanent restrooms with showers. All sites come equipped with electrical and water hookups for RVs and up to eight (8) campers and two (2) vehicles are allowed in each site.

Additional event passes (besides the two included) are $119 each.
