In a recent roundup of a campus flash rave, we mistakenly assumed that the photos included were taken by our contributor.

As it turns out, the photos were taken by Chase Smith, who alerted us of the fact via a comment on the original post.
This was our mistake, not the contributor’s. We normally confirm the rightful owner of all photos we publish and make sure to get permission when necessary.
We contacted Chase and came to an agreement that an added photo credit would suffice in this situation instead of removing the photos completely.
We note the mistake here as well as in the original post.
