To-do: Thursday 1/7

If you don’t plan on watching the BCS National Championship game with a cup of hot cocoa in hand tonight, consider putting on a coat and heading out.

It’s First Thursday Fayetteville time again but here’s what’s in store for later in the evening.

California’s A Pack of Wolves is in town which means the folks at Smoke & Barrel Tavern might not even need to turn on the heater tonight. APOW’s Eden Mazzola and Francesco Catania will likely cause enough motion to warm the entire room. Fellow Santa Rosans STARSKATE will also contribute.

Opal Fly’s Feel Good Lounge hosts Jeff Kearney along with the Gypsy Jazz Grass Allstars.

Walton Arts Center still has a few more days of Little House on the Prairie but due to Fayetteville Public Schools being closed today, the cast and crew’s Habitat for Humanity event scheduled for today is canceled.

As for the rest of the evening, we’re still waiting to hear back from a few other club owners as to whether or not the following things are still happening. If you’re not from around here or in case you haven’t noticed, cold weather kinda freaks Fayetteville out.
