To-do: Monday 1/11

You know something odd is going on with the weather in Arkansas when 30 degrees Fahrenheit feels warm.

To celebrate, consider heading out tonight for some fresh air.

You could start with dinner somewhere. Maybe the new Pakistani Indian restaurant that opened yesterday? Or maybe some tasty pizza? A burger? Fries? Yes, I’m hungry.

You could get both food and music at JJ’s Grill n Chill or Pesto Cafe as both have tunes scheduled for tonight.

Or you could venture over to Smoke & Barrel to catch Austin-based The Sour Notes with Row Zero and Fayetteville’s own Memphis Pencils. The Notes, who are driving here today from Nashville, are touring in support of their third album, “It’s Not Gonna Be Pretty.” See the embedded video below for a spot-on look into what it’s like to be a band on tour. Should be a great show.
