Wednesday To-do: May 19

  • By Todd Gill · Wednesday, May 19, 2010

Whether you stayed up late watching the election results, sitting through a four-hour city council meeting, or lining up your LOST action figures in commemoration of the upcoming series finale, one thing is certain: You’re tired. As hayell.

Unless, of course, you’re not. And if that’s the case, enjoy not guzzling coffee until lunch hour.

Also, enjoy having fun tonight after you choose one of the following acoustic, folksy, funtime options (in no particular order):

1. Acoustic trio show with Cody Canada (Cross Canadian Ragweed), Charlie Robison, and Chris Knight at George’s.

2. Mark Bilyeu (Big Smith) at Greenhouse Grille.

3. Kat Eggleston at the GoodFolk house.

4. Tyrannosaurus Chicken at Smoke & Barrel Tavern.

If it was rock you were after tonight, good luck. We couldn’t find any. Or Electronic/Groove. Or Indie/Alternative, Metal/Hard Rock, Punk, Urban, Lifetime Achievement Awards or Best New Bands.

Hook us up in the comments if you know something we don’t.

List:

Wednesday, May 19, 2010
Greenhouse Grille: Mark Bilyeu
JJ’s Grill n Chill: Mo Brothers
Arsaga’s on Crossover: Singer/songwriter circle
GoodFolk: Kat Eggleston
George’s: Cody Canada / Charlie Robison / Chris Knight
Smoke & Barrel Tavern: Tyrannosaurus Chicken
