If you were excited about the University of Arkansas’ announcement that His Holiness the Dalai Lama is coming to town on May 11, 2011, you’ll be pleased to know there are now a few new ways to keep up with the latest info on his upcoming visit.
Doctor Sidney Burris, who is chairing the committee to prepare for the Dalai Lama’s arrival and lecture at the University of Arkansas next year, informed us this morning that he has established a Twitter account that he will be updating regularly with “stories, comments, and updates” on “all things Dalai Lama.”
Burris will also provide more information on his blog as it becomes available.
The University had already created a website, dalailama.uark.edu, that will also be updated with news on His Holiness’ upcoming visit.
Of course, you could always just follow His Holiness himself. He’s on Twitter, too.
