Do you despise books? Does reading make you nauseous? nauseate you? Allergic to paper?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you’ll want to stay far, far away from the Fayetteville Public Library this weekend.
The Friends of the Fayetteville Public Library, or FoFPL for short, are hosting a summer book sale in the library parking garage from 9 a.m. – noon on Saturday, June 12.
Paperback books will be 25¢, and hardbacks will be 50¢. The FoFPL will also sell coffee table books for $5 in the library lobby. All of the proceeds from the sale will benefit programming and will help purchase items for the Fayetteville Public Library.
Yup. If you hate books, you’ll definitely want to avoid the library on Saturday. That place is crawling with them.
