This post was going to be about an outdoor movie night on Old Main lawn, featuring the Golden Globe nominated dramedy staring Zooey Deschanel and Jordan Gordon-Levitt, “500 Days of Summer.”

Then, it rained for a good portion of the morning.

Now outdoor movie night on Old Main lawn is now indoor movie night at the University Theater, on the fourth floor of the Arkansas Union.

The good news is there’s still a movie night tonight, it’s still free, and there are still free hot dogs, popcorn, and drinks for the public.

For those of you who were pumped to watch a movie on a blanket on Old Main lawn, all hope is not lost. Martin Scorsese’s Shutter Island is scheduled for June 28.

Update: Just received word that outdoor movie night is back on as planned at Old Main lawn.
