If you’ve been following the Block Avenue enhancement project news, you shouldn’t be surprised when you come across the newly completed, back-in parking along the first section of the street.

The question is, are you any good at it?

City officials have said that back-in parking is increasingly being used throughout the U.S. due to its inherent safety advantages. Studies have found it to be superior to conventional head-in/back-out parking for safety reasons due to better visibility when leaving.

When we walked by this weekend, we noticed one vehicle that had somehow managed to pull into one of the parking spaces the wrong way.
