UA to sell $65 all-access home game pass to students

A new ticket deal was announced Wednesday that will allow full-time University of Arkansas students admission to any one of the Razorbacks’ 19 sports programs.

For $65, students can now get into all home events, including football and men’s basketball instead having to purchase separate tickets for each sport. It’s a deal in both convenience and cost seeing as students used pay $115 for the same access.

Student IDs will act as the passes and the fee will be adding on to each student’s tuition bill. Only 9,500 access passes will be sold.

The pass program was created as the result of a partnership between Razorback Athletics and the Associated Student Government (ASG).

How to order

To order a pass, head over to the Student Ticket section of ArkansasRazorbacks.com. Students must maintain full-time status to use the pass.

Deadlines

The deadline for online activation for the first football game of the year is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1. After that, passes must be purchased at the ticket office. For subsequent football games, access passes can still be purchased online by 5 p.m. Wednesday each game week.

For students without a pass, tickets for Fayetteville football games may be purchased for $5 Monday-Friday the week of the game and $10 on the day of the game based on availability. Beginning on Thursday, student tickets not purchased will be made available to the general public for $25.

Little Rock games

Tickets for football games in Little Rock are included with the pass, but only for the first 2,000 who pick up their tickets. Students with the access pass can claim Little Rock football tickets on Thursday and Friday a week prior to the game. The Monday and Tuesday of game week, students without a pass may purchase Little Rock football tickets for $10 each.

Southwest Classic

Student tickets for the Southwest Classic in Arlington, Texas, between Arkansas and Texas A&M are not included with the Razorback Student Access Pass, but will be offered on a priority basis for purchase to access pass members beginning on Sept. 7. Those students without the access pass may purchase Southwest Classic student tickets beginning two weeks prior to the Oct. 9 game. A minimum of 3,500 student tickets will be allocated for the Southwest Classic. Student tickets for the Southwest Classic are $50.

Men’s basketball

For men’s basketball, the pass guarantees a seat for the first 1,500-3,000 students who enter Bud Walton Arena. The number of seats available depends on the number of passes sold.

Students who do not purchase the pass will be charged $10 per ticket for men’s basketball. No other student ticket option will be available.
